Am sure you can get them off the Awesome website they are not very expensive, your choice is wether to go for a red one or yellow, there is much debate as to which is better. I personally have had no problems with the stiffer yellow one.
Hi mate it says needs uprating on the awesome website quote from the bottom of the description;
"An uprated dog bone engine mount must be fitted if you haven't already got one."

I have been lucky enough to own both the E46 M3 and the E60 M5 both of which are very rapid cars, both are no slouch 0-60 or 0-100.
If you just look at the numbers there probably isn't much in it 0.5-1 second here or there, I am not sure there would be much embarrassing going on with a 300bhp S3...
Agree with everyone you are probably used to it you need a holiday for a few weeks then see what it feels like when you get back. That's why I like having a couple of toys in the garage means every time I take them out puts a smile on my face!!
