Thanks, I'm confident it's the outer one. After more research it looks like you don't have to take the bumper off partially too, unlike the YouTube vids. The Erwin guide just says to remove this first to access!

Scanned with VCDS and shows tuner part number 4G0 035 056 which I think means it doesn't have DAB. Google suggests part 4G0 035 061 can be used instead to add DAB. Really surprised a 2013 car doesn't have DAB when the 2005 car it replaced did!
