Friend has just taken delivery of as new Q5 but car does not have the bluetooth interface fitted. Dealer has told him that this can only be fitted when car is being built in the factory. Does anyone know if this is correct as I thought he would be able to get this fitted by an Audi dealer.

You are right and am still waiting for info from the dealer despite several follow up e-mails and calls. Like the car but not impressed with dealer response.
