I think i might have the pipe that tuffty has posted, i think the one i removed was metal tho? I removed it all to fit catch can. I'll have a look up the garage in the next couple of days to see if its still there or been thrown out if you want?

Yea i watched them a few times aswell before i started my rebuild lol. Yea the elsawin program is a massive help, i got mine when i had my A8 but didnt really use it that much, now that i got the S3 tho i'm using it all the time lol

Right been looking at inline pumps due to me not being able to test if the intank pump is any good before it gets back on the road. Bosch 044, any good? They seem to be resonably priced on ebay, any feedback from people who have actually used them?

Not to sure on the measurements or even if it is a green set, its been sat in my tool box for awhile, will check what set it is an the measurements tomorrow when i'm in work an let you know ;-)

Thanks westy, thats the exact answer i was looking for. I'v got a bbt hybrid coming an i also bought 550cc injectors just wasnt sure about the fpr. I'm looking in to fuel pump options now but not sure which way to go with it.

Sorry to hijack post but what bar rating is a standard s3 fuel pump an fpr? Also is it recommened to upgrade fpr for a hybrid conversion?
