Update, it is the solenoid and falls back down it makes a loud click. More than it should. Can this solenoid be changed in situ?? Or an easy fix to stop it making the click ? Surely it’s not a complete gear shift unit replacement ‍♂️

No change in noise when pressing the clutch down on idle mate. When driving along and I come off the accelerator it rumbles and majority of the noise goes away if I either put my clutch in or coast it, which I don't do!

Yea cheers, just wondered if that noise pointed to the flywheel or the gearbox from the noises it making, if anyone had any of the same noises and what it turned out to be??
