So we've got pretty much identical cars (given mine has 50k more miles) but over the last 1000 miles I've averaged 32mpg (at most). Also a mix of motorway and town driving, really doesn't seem right to me.

I got the map done just over a month ago to see if it helped with the fuel economy, as it was just as bad before, if not worse... I'm trying fuel additives at the moment and if they make no difference the next step is a terraclean, other than that I guess it's just a fact of life ‍♂️

Manual or s-tronic? I only have a non-res catback and I get a few pops when I downshift with my s-tronic, can only imagine with a standard remap, downpipe and intake you'd get a bit more noise

Yep, I know exactly what you're on about. I've never taken mine back to get fixed or that but it's definitely the exact same scenario you're describing, another member on here mentioned that they got the doors realigned and the noises completely stopped. You can use the gummi phledge stuff but...
