Took my car for a boost leak test last week as I was hearing a flapping pipe sort of noise on boost but everything was fine! The garage thinks it's a valve that's not shutting and just fluctuating, my car was mapped and they thought it was a dodgy map causing the issue, ( I didn't know it was...

No lights up at all! Don't know if it's just a loud turbo or pipe burst! I'll let you know what I find out!

Yea same as me! I had a new intercooler fitted cause it was cracked but still doing the same, changed diverter valve to dv+ but still same, going to get smoke test done see if I have a leak anywhere, feels like there's a pipe flapping about at around 3-4k rpm so need it looking at

Been hearing a loud air noise and hesitation between 3-4k rpm so took it to my local German specialist and found the intercooler cracked, had hell on trying to get warranty to pay for it (they wouldn't) so the dealer has paid for it to get done!

Taking it to a mates garage tomorrow to check it over anyway

I thought it was that I changed it on my last s3 too, going to check tomorrow

Got a problem with my 2009 s3, it hesitates in every gear between 3k-4k rpm and feels really sluggish, it's completely standard too!

R spec that have loads of gauges

Just in clip it and use tig wire to hold it open! It's easy

Have you got a standard exhaust on your car? They have a butterfly valve on them that makes a noise when you put your foot on the pedal! You can disconnect it and it sounds better with it open all the time though!
