also, does anyone have a part number for the rns-e "q version" as my local audi dealer in roermond, germany says they can order me one if i have the part number. As i am tax exempt maybe this won't cost THAT much more than an ebay one and it would be new.

yes, i've tried with the ignition turned on and with the key turned till the dash lights come on but get the same result either way.

does this mean i can alter my bi-xenon headlights for driving in europe using vagcom?, and thus passing my lights test in germany without having to fork out on continental headlights?

Anyone had to buy these? i'm with the forces and am based in Germany and we are required to fit continental lights and have a lights test. My question really is what is the kind of price im looking at, and is there a switch or something so i can try to cheat the test and save myself some money.
