Is that an FM transmitter? I'd rather not use one for quality reasons to be honest. If I replace the Symphony II with a double din aftermarket HU will it be an issue to connect to the BOSE setup or can you get ISO cables that do the job properly?

Got the car looked at by a local specialist and they have replaced the split pipe. I just haven't had the time/willpower to do it myself in the crappy weather!

Yeah it says it's got FSH so to me that means everything has been done on time etc. but I've seen many a car where it actually means "FSH until it stopped being serviced 20k ago..." Just hope that's not the case here.

Yep mine was 4 pin.

I had a look earlier, but didn't see the screws. It was a very brief look though. I realised the passenger seat is fine, it's just the driver's that doesn't work. No idea why I thought they were both dead. Too much on my plate recently!
