Hey everyone, Need to replace my tyres as I'm running on slicks! (Well, not quite, but nearly). Currently have Continental SportContact 3 on the car, but was wondering if there were any other favourites among the owners - I used to have a BMW 3 series and Falken FK453 were the tyre of choice...

This has become a major annoyance for me - it's still doing it. I end up driving down the motorway in pouring rain (but not enough to use "speed 1") with the wipers off and the using the flick function to decide myself when they should wipe. Not particularly safe.

Blimey what a load of responses! I didn't mention mine is a Special Edition (but yes, it is), but I'm not sure what's special about black exhaust tips.. I'd much prefer chrome ones, even if they do need a lot of care. Are they easily swappable?

Hi all, My 2.0tfsi quattro s-line has black exhaust tips, and looks somehow incomplete / dirty - is this how it should be from the factory? I would have thought it should have chrome tips? Cheers.

I should have said - it's already set to minimum sensitivity on the wiper stalk ;)

Driving along in the rain yesterday, the wipers were wiping intermittently and then onto slow speed as the rain got heavier, but every now and again it was doing a high-speed wipe - felt like the auto wipers were being slightly indecisive. I've had auto wipers in a BMW and a Golf mk4 before...

CD changers are analogue units, so they don't provide digits to the head unit but an audio signal - the processor is in the changer I'm afraid

I know this is going off on a tangent, but I am absolutely stunned by this - 4 years and no such failures? Our Alfa Spider had *so* many problems - particularly with the hydraulic roof - that we had to part-ex it for something else pretty darn sharpish! hehe :) Lovely car though - such passion.
