Forge 007p - What spring to get?

Currently looking to purchase one of these and have my car booked in for a remap at the end of the month, i understand there are two options; a green and a yellow spring, yellow being for more modified cars?
Is it worth getting this?

In my experience the standard green spring is fine for stage 1, I have recently changed to the yellow spring and have noticed no difference (only changed it out of curiosity)

Finnese do you run yellow?

I was going to change mine after a remap, i found that i already had a yellow spring installed. so i currently have a brand new yellow spring for sale on ebay if your interested.

seems that way leggy would of just put the green back but cant be bothered!

The debate will always continue is yellow better than green....................

Would Forge sell spring kits if they made no differance...

im in 2 minds whether to change my green spring to yellow as ive had mine remapped since fitting the forge with the green spring, but it feels fine to drive...

what are the symptons of running the incorrect spring???

My car is mapped, I phoned Jabba to ask about this yellow spring to see if it was worth chucking on my car and he advised against it, he said leave it be, however curiosity got the better and I bought one anyway. I wasn't impressed with the spring on my car and if anything the car seemed more lumpy on gear change and not so responsive so I changed it back, whether it differs from one car to the next I don't know but if your car runs fine as it is I'd save yourself a fiver...

I felt i had more lag with the green spring which is why i'm now using the yellow one. Feels so much better on gear change.
