ESP light on.

Hi folks - just disconnected my battery to see if it would fix my faulty fuel gauge, but, after reconnecting it, the ESP light has come on and wont go out now -suffice to say it didnt fix the gauge either! - anyone know how to turn it off again? (and yes I have pushed the esp button ) thanks peeps.

Normally after disconnecting the battery and the ESP light comes on - Drive the car for a mile or so, and this should reset the steering angle sensor system.

YES , HAD THE SAME PROBLEM WHEN I DISCONNECTED THE BATTERY TO CHANGE MY STEERING-WHEEL + AIRBAG, ESP LIGHT CAME ON, JUST DROVE THE CAR DOWN THE ROAD AND CLEARED IT SELF....:icon_thumright:
