It was the bbc filming for a new comedy show about a vicar who gets moved from a small countryside parish to the big city and everything goes wrong.
Strangly bystanders witnessing the hearst being towed were so outraged that they didn't say anything by instead went straight on twitter complaining. whats this country coming too!
