The thing that concerns me the most is that there were 28 bids on it and it sold for £2,650. I cant believe people actually wanted the thing :think:

Oh dear, Oh dear, Oh dear. I like to mod my car to make it "indavidual" but there is tasteful and there is tat and thats just well none of them its in a leauge of its own! what a horrid thing to do to an Audi. it looks like a mis mash of pram handels and dustbin lids :puke2:
 
Why put the bonnet scoop on it? In fact, why do any of that to the poor car at all?

A friend of mine lives near a dude that just bought a carrera4s and has put a huge sunstrip on it saying PORSCHE.. along with the number plate badges, colour coded purple wheels and... a body kit... yes thats right on a carrera4s..:scared2:

HEY!..those where my eyelids..and if u read my posts properly ud know why i did them, it was never guna be a permanent mod, something that came out of bordom.

I suggest you loose that S3 badge on your 1.6 and take the eyelids off then.

lol read the topic again. :moa:

im starting to think it was a mistake doing something different and posting it on these forums. a lot of the cars here are very similar. they are all excellent dont get me wrong but still the same, and anybody that does something diffrent seems wrong to you.

and back on topic about this ebay car, if the guy wants to make the a3 into a tuner, who we to say its wrong.
 
I would of paid £2600 to happily burn it....Could be worth it as it looks awfull...

HOT HATCH TURBO!....more like HOPELESS HATCH NO-GO!

And although it looks awfull it must of cost a fair bit to stick all that crap on?
 
some kits can look good that just isnt 1 of them
 
Zenin, look at my A3, its completly different to most that you see on the forum or any other 8L A3 out there.. im all for being unique and different, but only if it looks good, but hey this is all down to each persons opinion.

My opinion: Yeah this black super flying car is different, but it looks discusting.. your eye lids are different- to what most peoples A3's look like, but the eyelids look terrible.. people put eye lids on lights because they cant afford a badboy bonnet, or the extra work in making the tail gate sit over the rear lights, its fake, it looks cheap and tacky and the S3 badge on a standard 1.6 .. well it doesnt take a pig farmer to know why thats just plain dumb...(no offense to pig farmers)

This guy was probably taking the ****.. either that or he isnt really a mechanic now is he.

Do something different by all means, im all for individuality, but if your gunna do something to try and "fool" people into making it look like something its not.. go do it somewhere else, or as far as im concerned your just as bad as whoever destroyed the black A3 in the original post on this thread...
