If anyone here is rolling their A3 on 9x19", can you make yourselves known on this thread please with tyre size, and offset. 9x19" only please!!!! This would be MUCH appreciated.:arco:

I was thinking about it! From what i can gather they are tight, also they may differ slightly on the rear if 2WD or quattro.

I would guess you would need ET50 but I have read that ET 52 hits the suspension. Any lower though and i can see them sticking out a bit. Your on coilovers though so the poke would look great if the arches are rolled.

my bentleys are 9x19 ET41, and the fronts do poke a little, i was thinking about getting them lathed down 3 or 4mm to make them around ET44 / ET45 to make them sit more inwards. My only concern is I obviously dont want the wheel to hit the suspension strust if i do take it in 3 or 4mm more.

I run bentley wheels at et41 9x19 and believe me there is no room between the wheel and suspension strut to do any machining. I run 215/35s on mine and its wound all the way down on coilovers and never rubs

but be aware if the car is used everyday then 215/35s are a nightmare as the stretch is extreme and the beading WILL pop occasionally. Oh and 225s catch front and back really bad to the point they are constantly rubbing

wheels are show rims only.

me and nathan did some test runs tonight on 225-35/19, light scuffing when going over some bumps at speed, nothing major. very happy chappy and sticking with 225-35/19. They are my show wheels anyway so a bit of scuffage wont hurt.

arch liners. i took the huge screw out of the front arch.

on the back went for a trial run and it rubbed quite a bit, took the bumper screw out and made a massive difference.
