Poor driving - again !!

OK another rant at poor / ignorant drivers again.
Aprt from numerous people still driving around with their fog lights on - Why ? Muist be blind - or stupid !
And then those with their side lights and the fog lights - really dont get this - its not cool you just look stupid and cant see anything !

But worse - why do people when overtaking a parked car & crossing over the white line think that thye have the right of way against the flow of the traffic ?

Had one idiot hit my wing mirror today (luckily no damage) who thought that could just squueze through and a stupid woam in a 4x4 - complete with over dark tinted side window had to do full emergency stop so did not hit her after she decided to just force her way though.

Did stop her and told her exactly what I thought of her driving as did the person behind and a passer by ! She was completely oblivious - No hope really.

Really do need to see continious driving assement and police cars on the road that educate these idiots that seem to be flooding our roads.

Totally.

This is partly down to rise in overhelpful/overpolite drivers allowing others to move out (at junctions/petrol stations/car parks)/around (parked cars) /in (again junctions/petrol stations/car parks) against the given road markings and normal rules of the highway code - after a time many drivers assume ALL drivers will behave the same way!!

No harm in letting someone out but not at expense of road safety/inconvenience of others.

I've lost count of the amount of times I've been wanting to post something along the lines of the first post on here..... but then I get home and calm down. We just have to accept it's the way it is out there, being a good driver yourself is no longer enough, you have to avoid the stupid ones, it's a dengerous place to be out in the open road, more so than ever!

lol I've calmed down a bit from this am - I would be a lot worse if my wing mirror casing was damaged - luckilly it just folded back !

Funny as I used to enjoy driving - now I dont as much - or just take back roads more and more

Women in 4x4's and their look at my big off roader!!!! Taking the kids a mile to school, not being able to park, reverse or have any respect for other drivers!!. I had one drive straight into the front of me a few years ago. I saw her coming, stopped and she just drove into the front of me. As I sat there wondering what sort of f**k wit would not bother to stop and glaring at her, she promptly put the pie, the big fat cow was eating on the dash, got out and told me I was going too fast. If it wasn't for an elderly couple sat in their garden watching the whole scene develope it would have got quite nasty. Anyway, 50 50 claim which was ****** as the old couple didn't want to get involved. Didn't help when I said ' thanks for that, hope when your having a heart attack the doctors don't want to get involved' Sorry, was young at the time LOL

Well I had an interesting time whilst the A3 was in having the passenger door replaced. As I decided to use my own Body Shop (local guys I know) that do mainly trade repairs, my loan vehicle was an old R plate TDi Discovery. I tell you what though, no one tried that kind of manouver on me whilst I had it.

Door is replaced now though so I'm back in the A3 and it felt great driving it the first time.
