Duke Special is playing at one of the summer concerts our council put on in front of the town hall this year.

So I'll be getting paid to watch a free concert I'll enjoy. RESULT!:music:

Prodigy (about 20 times from mid 90's onwards)
Chemical Brothers (Same again)
Leftfield (AWESOMELY LOUD!)

And loads and loads of DJ's (do they count?)

Wish I could of seen New Order, Stone Roses and Orbital, watched Orbital at Glastonbury a couple of times 94/95 I think, erm dont remember anything so would of been nice to see them again while copus mentus.

Anyone seen Snow Patrol? Any good?

Anyone seen Snow Patrol? Any good?

Seen them last year in Bangor which is the bands home town and where I live. So it was a homecoming gig for them on the local council playing fields. The concert was absolutely awesome because of the atmosphere around the whole town. 33,000 people were in the venue and probably the same again in the park beside the venue, plus The people having drinks and barbeques in the gardens of neighbouring houses.

Search Youtube for "Snowpatrol, Ward Park".

Win (anyone remember them?)
Deacon Blue
Texas x 2
Stereophonics x 3
Oasis
Feeder
Elbow
The Enemy
Aqualung
Robbie Williams
D:Ream
Jesus Jones
Paul Weller

...probably lots more I can't remember.

New Order are the big one on my 'still to see' list. One day...

Definately NOT, why would they? Playing other peoples music live doesn't make it live music.

Depends how its mixed IMO, sure theres people that just beat mix 4/4 track records but at the same time theres DJ's who have sublime mixing/sampling skills and song selection...
