Audi S3 8PA 195kw 2008 engine ticking noise

Hello guys, any ideas from where this sound is coming from?
new engine but still the same ticking noise at cold start..
I changed almost everything around engine, but still 0 results

No sure about the ticking noise but i would upgrade the dip stick from orange to the newer yellow one aa the orange 1 are prone to degrade ie rubber seal at top and ball at bottom they perish quickly

Are you able to decide which side of the engine the noise is coming from?
If you can decide on that, you can pinpoint it using a long screwdriver. Put the tip near where the noise might be coming from and your ear on the end of the handle. It will act like a stethoscope, move it around until the sound is clearest.
Take care around the area of the auxiliary belt and radiator fans.

That sounds like a fuc"ed flywheel mate. The two metal plates are hitting each other. You should hear them clearly on an elevator.
