Anyone elses RS3 FL do this after a stage 2 and upgraded spark plugs? It only does it from a cold start. Not sure if I might need new ignition coils?

Who’s done the stage 2 ?

Seen quite a few do this including mine, I wouldn't worry.

Off topic but think I might have a bad thermostat enall.. code points towards a coolant leak but the coolant level hasn't changed and my oil looks good. Seen on a golf r forum people with the same code and it ended up being a thermostat

Sounds/looks like a normal cold start on a de-cat car with no catalyst heating mode to me. So long as there are no misfires once the revs drop down I don't think you need to worry.

Yeah I think it's because of the wastegate rattle fix from a cold start. I'm just not sure why the torque and power display on the dash flicker for a second or two? It made it more obvious to me after having the Revo lower torque mount fitted and the stage 2 because it's like it's shaking the car sometimes.

Yeah the wastegate rattle fix and the cat heating delete stop the awful noise but the downside seems to be a slightly lumpy cold start. The torque mount will make you feel more, its not going to give OE levels of refinement.

The torque meter reading is just because of the torque being produced at the start. When cat heat is active the engine is very retarded timing and making less torque.
