Can't say I haveThey're great things giving some knee room .
Have you seen the steering wheels they put in Peugeots ?
Order a new style gear knob too I'll post the part number once it arrives - keeping with the OEM plus theme.

Looking good Bobby, I put my gauges on the right side of the vent, a little closer to see them but I don't get the centre vent. Good thinking putting yours on the left hand side. Very useful tool, to measure peak cylinder pressures and there relationship to crank angle.

I had a quote from Kistler measurements for a cylinder pressure sensor, and you're right not cheap at all.
Whats you target power? I have injectors in stockAhh for some reason I thought the hp4 was smaller than a cp3r110
Wasn't me im not quite up to needing pistons just yet... I hope. My dl501 won't take anymore than 750nm at the moment
I'm still searching for bigger oem injectors to keep duration down but retain a nice oem duration table. Bitdi ones dont fit do they?
Cheers
Hi Mike - yes done a hybrid turbo on a 2020 Q7 alot more work on these but yes can be done.Hi Bobby. Great build thread. Pushing boundaries. Do you have any success mapping the b9 3.0tdi 272 compared to the b7/b8? Thanks
Any idea what boost and gaf g/s a remapped one on a standard turbo would pull.Hi Mike - yes done a hybrid turbo on a 2020 Q7 alot more work on these but yes can be done.

Read the ECU or check out the flash count - put it on the dyno.Any idea what boost and gaf g/s a remapped one on a standard turbo would pull.
I've got mine and apart from sounding like an s4 (previous owner put full exhaust system on) on logging it peaked at 37psi boost and just over 300g/s on maf. Feels strong if it's not mapped
Any help appreciated
Thanks Karl - design thought given to a OEM exhaust is unmatched in the aftermarket imo they manage to produce flow without blowing your ears offLooking good Bobby, quieter, less back pressure, lower EGT's,looks sporty, didn't cost an arm and a leg . Win,win win.
New barrier broken today everyone Feel free to share it out
603hp / 1080nm (800lbft)
Congratulations Bobby, amazing results, I'm sure there has been an unbelievable amount of work gone into this behind the scenes, a true credit to your hardwork and dedication!
I gave up looking for a v6 diesel and ended up with an S5 instead haha
Not done much on the car but tried some 0 to 60mph test:
Thanks Karl yes indeed brake boost. Yesterday I was working on a Bitdi and I compared the difference between LC (3k rpm limiter with no load) Vs brake boost and its made a difference of 0.4’s to 60.That's a good 60ft time Bobby, Take it that was a brake boost launch.
