My Audi app

I purchased my 2018 A4 less than a week ago .
I’ve downloaded the My Audi app to my phone and managed to add my email address
and username to the car. I need to add the key user 10 digit code , but unfortunately it’s not on my spare key.
After contacting Audi they quoted £70 for a new code does this sound familiar to anyone ?

Yeah, I got my car used through Audi approved and it didn't come with the code. The dealership got a fresh one sent over to me free of charge

Well after a while I found my key user number in my Audi app , I’ve got to the final stage on the app.
Unfortunately can’t get to putting the 10-digit code in as I’m stuck on this stage , any help would be appreciated.

Found out after a few emails I need to purchase a new code , not sure if it’s worth paying for another.
Still hoping to get it foc
