Yes I got this today, when I started the car on the way home from a store.
I turned the car off and on again and it seemed to work I think. There is definately something wrong with the MMI system.

Changing the PIN number on the app sorted this for me, i did speak to Audi last week and there was an issue with the Servers which appears to be sorted now, I’ve been able to login fine for last 2/3 days.

Also how do I set it so it logs me in automatically each time to mmi? I keep having to press continue on user each time I get in the car. Surely there is a way?

Had this problem over the last few days. Wife went out and tried different things. Turned the bluetooth on her phone off then back on again and it seemed to work.
All that time watching the I.T. Crowd not wasted then
