I am now absolutely fed up with Audi’s attitude to customer suport. Not even an apology again for breaking the functionality of our cars !
Has anyone had any success with any form of compensation ?
The car was sold heavily with these connected services. There has been issues ever since I bought the car. The removal of Google maps, is really disappointing too as this was one of the things the salesman showed me on the Virtual cockpit to highlight the level of technology in the car.
I wonder if they ever actually test their updates with our cars or just push them out and wait for the complaints !
