Hi can somebody please explain to me, how to remove the rear reading lights? I can clip off the first cover, but for the life of me, I can't pop out the whole fitting in order to gain access to the rear of the bulbs?

Thanks in advance

Hi Bishop

Yes that is what I thought, but I am unclear as to how you "take out the whole fitting"? Is there a screw, or do you just need to "brute-force" it? Or does it need a special tool to pinch some retainers somewhere?

Are you just trying to change the bulbs over to led ?

I done mine a few years ago. From what I can remember it was a pain in the ****. I believe it’s just clips. I used a plastic pry tool but then ended up used a butter knife to pry it out. U just gotta go slow. It took me bout 30mins to get it out but i was being very cautious

When I did mine I used a pair of long nose pliers with a microfibre in between & gently pulled them out. Took all of 5 mins start to finish.

No they just pull out. Just be careful not to grip the bulbs too tight with the pliers as they could break.
