Anyone done this as I have was running spot on but then oil pressure light on check pressure approx 1 bar on tick over up to 5.5 bar when revved the light only comes on when engine is warm and slowing down revs get to about 2k but accelerate and it goes out again

I've got one on mine. It come with a pressure relief valve etc from KMB.

Although it provides enough pressure I'm lead to believe it triggers the light as it does not supply what is expected.

I think on mine they've dipped into the base calibration to change the parameters whilst its having its stage 3 mapping, I can't confirm as the car isn't back yet.

Seems to be a common thing in the USA.

How long has it been running ok for?

Since Jan I've got the relief valve also was given a part number to fit it has a lower reading flow 0.6 bar before triggering oil light it's a lot better but still annoying I've been trying a 0.4-6 bar ok on tick over soon as you throttle bingo it's on again I'm thinking of buying an original 1 from audi and getting my local vag guy to alter the settings

Delete kit as in going back to 1.9TDI oil pump?

Works well enough in the BKD with none

What engine oil you using

Was running 5/30 tried 5/40 see if it helped but to no avail was thinking of running a gauge inside the car to see what it's doing and bypassing the oil warning light
