The other thing is, do you really really need genuine Audi brake pads, as no doubt you know, all simple service parts prices are extremely inflated across the VW Group fleet, really mainly, I'd think to turn the dealership workshops into cash cows to support the showrooms - and none of these parts are manufactured by VW Group.
So, if this is your first brake pad replacement, why not remove a pad at each end of the car and see if you can establish who the manufacturer was, but watch out as lots of factory fit pads will have VW Group branding on them, the brake parts supplier branding on them, and if you are lucky, the pads manufacturer's branding on them.
For example, my wife's 2015 VW Polo has ATE front callipers, and the factory fit pads appear to have been manufactured by Jurid who supply many brake pads for Germanic car marques.
I've never bought Jurid pads, I tend to prefer Textar or Pagid who are both TMD Friction company brands along with Mintex, but Mintex seem to be UK manufactured and in my mind/money, they do not take the care to bother to make them as well as Textar or Pagid, which is annoying!
If you do go down the line of buying the OEM brand of pads, you will need to do the legwork and make sure that you are saving money and ending up with the same product just not in VW Group packaging - and not an almost similar product which will give you annoying squealing noises as them are missing the correct anti-squeal shims, I've been there done that, had to contact TMD's UK sales office who said sorry and sent me out the correct version of their pads.
