I had the Powerflex insert installed a few days ago, and the initial feeling was the cabin noise in idle and the vibration when reversing. Over the past few days, I noticed the reduction of transmission slop and a smoother gear change, but just the NVH bugging me...

I currently got the yellow one, but been in two minds whether to switch to the red diesel one, or remove it all? Anyones opinion?

I got the yellow. It really does a great job whereas the 034Motorsport was too "on/off"-like whereas with the PowerFlex you get a more soft but yet still controlled feeling because it's rubber and not metal. I have been driving mine for 500km (spirited) now and you can feel how it gets run in and the harshness is gone now.
