Literally car is "choking". When I'm on intersection and when i need to go, car is like choking

Sorry for lack of informations.
For example when i start car, i know by sound would drive be good or bad. Sometimes it has beautiful sound, and drive is complitely normal withouth any problems. But mostly when i start engine, car has bad sound and drive is awful, litteraly car is choking, and struggling while driving, especially on uphil driving i feel like car is going to turn off.

it is disel fuel and turbo aspirated.

No, there is no any warnings, the only "warning" is its sound, when you start engine

My money is on EGR on the way out... either via failure or clogged with soot.

Do you have access to a good diagnostic tool /software.

It is allways a good idea to run diags to check for any fault codes logged first and work from there, saves double guessing a possible fault, it is not fool proof but will give you a better idea where to start rather than just taking pot luck.

Currently car is at car sofware mechanic. he's gonna try to find problem. So i'll se. This is 2nd time that he's trying to fix it, first try was unsuccesful, and now is another try (he told me he has new ideas ) He's only one left. Btw i'm from Bosnia.

It sounds to be as much a mechanical problem (EGR, turbo etc) as an ECU one.
