PFL Design pack mats

Hello all,

I need some help. I have the original standard mats in my PFL which seem to be a dark grey/black colour, with dark grey binding and dark grey stitching. The pictures I have seen of the PFL design pack mats seem to look like black mats, with grey nubuck binding and silver stitching (did some have red stitching ?).

Could someone confirm the differences between the 2 for me please, as I am planning on getting autostyle to make me some up but want them to look as close to the Design pack ones as I can.

Are the mat colours different or the same 9 Original and Design pack ones)?
Is the binding the same or different ?
What colour is the stitching on the Design pack ones ?

I got autostyle to make me some up. They're very good. I haven't actually seen the design pack one's in the flesh I just found a post on here a few years ago about them and got the same design.

Have you spoken to Peter at Autostyle? He was very helpful when I spoke with him.

Hi yeah, thats who i am dealing with, but the question above still stands, as I want them to be as close to the Design Pack ones, but all the pictures I have seen they seem to be black mats, whereas the originals in the car seem to be more grey in colour. So I wanted someone that has had them or has both to be able to confirm for me.

How many times have you asked about this on here and RS3OC

I’ve mentioned to you that Autostyle recommend the Anthracite mats for Audi’s to match the Audi carpets.

I’ve had Anthracite Mats on every RS 3 I’ve had, never disappointed.

Also got them in black for the Wife’s GTD because the carpet on that is errr black.

I've got the RS3 Design Pack in my PFL. The mats are black with red stitching, i'm not sure if others came with grey stitching.

I received my mats from Autostyle this morning and the quality is insane, especially for the price! They are so thick compared to the genuine Audi mats that came with my car. It’s amazing the difference a decent set of mats makes to the interior!

I shamelessly copied the spec off someone who posted on here a while ago (apologies I can’t remember who it was to credit), as it was just the combo I was looking for. Anthracite with nubuk off-black binding, just trying to figure out how to upload the photo...

Yeah that’s the only problem, I have a second mat in the boot for the drivers side for when it’s wet... defeats the object a bit I know but can’t be having wet/muddy carpets! The wife thinks I’m insane!
