This would be great for somebody wanting to buy, but does that size of cash discount not make a mockery of Audi's pricing?

I know what you mean though.
I had that diameter and profile of tyre on a previous car and the ride was surprisingly good. Thankfully I never had to buy replacements though.

more so ..... when you compare against that awesome TT above.
Surely they will release some jazzy alloys / exclusive S paint colours / silver wing mirrors etc to differentiate the S from the S Line.
l think the tyre's are 255/30/20 as the exact same size of of wheel and tyre size fitted to the TTS be/Vorsprung, TTRS sport edition,not to my taste being black and extremely difficult to clean but the sole purpose of Audi fitting such a size of wheel on a BE is for aesthetics and they do make the car look far more attractive,the TT has massive wheel wells even 19's look a little lost in them as l can recall when l had the TTRS roadster in pauper spec for a few hours back in 2017

What a pile of poo that article read, stating the S3 having 300 ps when its been stated it will will have 335 ps it also stated the S3 will have wider wheel arches,the new version of the engine to be fitted in the Golf R and the S3 has ALREADY been fitted into the new Arteon R with just 320 bhp,besides a S-LINE car has always had the same exterior styling barring the number of exhaust ports as an S model,same goes with a A class AMG - line car almost identical to a AMG 35

Can also see that there's no trimming on the pillars in the inside of the windows, so the paint comes through. Cost saving by Audi and looks bad

Yep have to agree with you. The more I see pics of it the more I like it...Whether I will be able to get one is another thing. If I had the finances then it would certainly be on my list. Wouldn't pick the blue colour though. I would go with a nice conservative colour like Daytona. It's not that bad. My 2018 TTS has 20 inch rims. Yes the (mag)ride was firm, but I ran in Dynamic all of the time and I didn't find it uncomfortable - plenty seem to given the forums I'm on, some passengers thought it was too hard. I think I might be weird
As to tyre noise on the TTS, most of the time there was nothing over and above anything else I've got/driven. The one quirk was the noise was much more pronounced when the roads were really wet. Might have just been the PZeros it was fitted with .If I'd have kept it, I would have chucked PS4s on.

Turbo Blue looks awful in direct sunlight as with all flat painted cars mate.Daytona or Floret certainly would show off the lines far far better...actually l should take Audi to court for breach of copyright trying to copy Voodoo Blue...scumbags lol

Looks much better in a darker colour, front and side profiles are good but that rear bumper is too fussy for me.
Still not a fan of the dash layout, don’t think it will age at all well.
It had the basic smaller VC screen, so yeh was a little smaller..
The dash board is much more driver focused in my opinion, felt more wraparound cockpit like..
