Door Fault Code

I'm getting this fault code ...

01561 - Left Rear Door 61-00 - Won't De-Safe

It's not come up before, I've cleared the fault but it comes straight back.

But my left rear door seems to be working fine. It locks and unlocks OK and when unlocked I can open it from both the outside and the inside.

Why am I getting this code?

Thanks for that, much appreciated. Any idea what the most likely culprit to look for would be? A break in the loom going into the door perhaps?

Also, could a low battery cause this code to come up? I've barely used the car over the lockdown and then today I spent a long time with the ignition on, interior lights on etc while doing some work on my stereo.

I was wondering if you fixed this. I have the same problem here to My A6 C5 Allroad from 2004
Also, my alarm starts after 1-2 minutes if I lock the car.
Yesterday I had time to chech cables inside the door from the B-pillar ans I cleaned with contact cleaner all contacts.
The error was gone and the alarm was ok until I drove the car a few minutes ago, now I have the same problem
Cound this be a cable issue?
