FAULT: 000665 - Boost Pressure Regulation

Hello everyone!

I'm fighting with this fault code for a couple of weeks. Maybe is someone here who can help me.
First of all, you have to know that I'll give you all the documentation needed, I'm sure it is nothing hard, it is just something I don't know how to figure out and all that I need is someone who knows reading some graphs and maybe met something like this.

It has the next changes: Stage 1 remap done by Celtic Tuning, Forge Blow-Off Valve, K&N Induction kit, Forge PCV Delete Plate, Forge silicone intake hoses, Intake Runner Flaps removed and mapped, Straight pipe (decat)... and this is all that I remember now; don't know if it is something else.
Okay, I think someone who knows these engines will figure out the causes.

Now let me explain how short I can what I've done and all that's happened...
On 28th of January I got my remap (after the remap I've done a lot of miles - 1-2 thousand), on 3th of February I got the next fault codes: 001092, 000051, 000579; after a few research, there was a simple cause - the fuse for these valves has blown.
After all of these, the car seems to come to normal, for 2 days... and then on 5th Feb., I got a new code: 000665. I've cleaned this code, I've changed the N75, I've checked the Blow-Off Valve for leaks and things like this (again the car came to normal) and then I've received another fault code one on 7th Feb.: 000564... this code has appeared only in some circumstance - when the throttle was ~50%; if I would floor the throttle there was no problem... so I live with this for few weeks because it was partial (it was shown just in some circumstance and came to normal after every time I turn off the engine) and I thought it will disappear by itself... but unfortunately not... and it has ended after few weeks with giving me the fault code: 000665 (in the next link is what Ross-Tech is saying about this fault code) http://wiki.ross-tech.com/wiki/index.php/16683/P0299/000665
So... regarding what Ross-Tech is saying I've made the next changes: I've installed that straight pipe thinking the catalytic converters were blocked, I've changed the turbocharger (still K03), I've checked all the hoses for leaks by making vacuum into them, I've checked again the Blow-Off Valve (N249) and changed the seals, installed that PCV Delete Plate... I don't know how to check the actuator, how it is working, and what position it is when I'm driving and I don't have a vacuum pump to check the exact pressure to pull it back... but tell me what you think about this...

Regarding the .CSV I've provided, give me some ideas about what I should check first now because I am tired of guessing what else could be.

Did you check the cam follower for wear, if it's gone through & holes, the fuel pump, follower, will damage the inlet cam & thus affects boost performance & check the DV.

Okay, can you tell me why do you think it could be the cam follower or high pressure fuel pump, please?!
By the way, have you seen the graphics from .CSV?
My boost pressure is all the time around 1000mbar, even at idle, when the specified pressure is around 300mbar.
The Engine Load is never going to the specified value because there is no boost, I guess... so...
And what the cam follower have to do with the boost?... the car is working properly but without turbocharger, as an FSI without T.

About the DV, you mean N249 which is replaced now with a Blow-Off Valve which I've checked and is working properly.
By the way... I don't hear the turbocharger anymore (whispering), so it is not going to the required RPM... the problem is somewhere to the N75, actuator and/ or Wastegate Valve... I think. It is not keeping it closed (the wastegate) by vacuum... but why? And why on 2 different turbos?... because I've changed it with everything with the actuator. I've changed the N75 (electronic valve) aswell...

I don't know how to check the exact vacuum pressure from there, but I think there is the problem, with the vacuum... and that vacuum is coming from behind the turbocharger (between air filter and turbo)...

Looks like a boost leak to me, split boost hose or intercooler issue. Make sure the actuator is working correctly on the turbo. There are actuator tests for the N75 using vag-com. MAF readings look sensible, The MAP sensor is measuring atmospheric OK at 1000 mB just never boost more than 1300 mB.
So turbo is not making boost or it's leaking out somewhere. A smoke test would check the intake system out.

Yeah, turbocharger itself is fine, I've changed it, both of them was in good working condition. Blades were fine, just a bit o play in the shaft on both of them (it was under 1mm, I guess, on both).
I've checked the actuator just by applying pressure from a small compressor on it to see if it is losing pressure or something, but it seems to be fine (both of them - from both turbos). If you know another way how to check it while I'm driving, let me know, please!

What linkage are you talking about? The shaft of the actuator?... if it is about that... both of them seem to be fine.
By the way, do you know what vacuum pressure should be there, to the actuator? Maybe I find a way to check if that's alright.

Definitely is not a boost leak from the turbocharger to the intake, because I've changed all the hoses, I've changed the MAP sensor and I've checked all around there.
The same question for you: can you tell me a way to check the actuator while driving?... I can't find a way to do that... and about N75 (just N75, not actuator), the VCDS says it working.
What do you mean with: "MAF readings look sensible"? You mean they're alright?
I'm happy to hear that's a normal value there - 1000mbar, so we exclude the MAP Sensor.
100% turbo doesn't make boost... I can't hear it, as I've heard it before. I'm not losing, because I don't have (pressure).
A smoke test, to check what?... I'm running a straight pipe (decat)... so... I don't think any readings will be accurate.
 
What blow-off valve are you running?
I'm using the old model of Forge Recirculation Valve (aka Diverter Valve) FMFSITVR with a Forge Blow-Off Adapter FMDV14T ... for over 1 year, without issues.

Picture just with the valve, I don't have any with the adapter.

A smoke test is where you introduce smoke to the intake system at the MAF intake, any leaks in the system and you will see smoke in the engine bay.
If you are sure the complete intake system is good including the dump/ diverter valve then the issue is likely to be with the N75 system or something on the turbo. google output tests on VCDS , There is a test for the n75 whilst the engine is idling.
