What is everyone’s favourite tyre Gel? Just curious as to why you favour it before I go and buy some this afternoon

A quick google search shows that meguiars seems to be the favourite. Autobrite seem to have a good review too and are very similar in price

I'd put money on it NOT being our Jass' recommendation, lol. @jassyo06 - I think you've just been mistaken for the Bristly Hound :tearsofjoy:

I don't get on with Megs Endurance myself, although I know there are plenty who do rate it. One thing I have observed is that different tyre compounds react to different tyre dressings, well, differently. Two that I do rate highly on all tyre types are Gyeon Q2M Tire (the blue one, although if you're less fussed about durability because you wash your car and re-dress the tyres frequently - i.e. weekly wash, then the grey version is also good) and TAC Systems Tire Dressing (the blue gel one). Autoglym's latest offering also supposed to be very good (not tried that one myself though) - but that is one you could easily pick up at a reasonable price in Halfords.

Whatever you choose you'll be stuck with for the best part of a year, so one of those products that is worth a bit of thought (if you're a saddo, like me, lol).

Gyeon Q2M Tire (blue version - nice satin finish, not too bling, my fave)...

TAC Systems Tire Dressing (more wet look, glossy, if that's your thing)...

CarPro PERL. Not shiny, but lasts very well and can be diluted down 1:1 for tyres and used on any other plastic trim you like. I use it 15:1 on my dash, seats and door cards and floor mats (rubber). Fantastic product.
