Hi all

This listing is for a used but great condition CTS Turbo K04 Hybrid Turbo for the 2.0 TSI VAG engine (EA888).

Good for over 360 bhp and 360 ft lb, this Borg Warner K04-0064 turbocharger features a forged mill compressor wheel for reduced compressor wheel weight (faster spool), increased strength, and greater surface area of the compressor wheel, resulting in greater air flow than conventional cast compressor wheels. In addition, the turbo uses a set of CTS Turbo custom silicon hoses and diverter valve housing kit to relocate the factory diverter valve (as seen on the S3, TTS and Golf R). The redesigned outlet not only removes the OEM resonator but also increases airflow.

The turbo was purchased from and installed by Statller in Summer 2015 and was on the car for 4 years and just over 12,000 miles of fault free use (I returned the car back to standard). Everything works great - please see the pictures to check the condition for yourself. What you see in the pictures is what you get (except the towel…you can’t have that!).

I am looking for £650. These are currently retailing for around £1,500 so grab yourself a bargain!

Payment by Paypal (you pay the fees) or cash on collection. I'm based in Leeds (West Yorkshire) and ideally would like the item to be collected, but I would be willing to travel within reason to drop off or meet somewhere mutually convenient if that would secure the deal.

Any questions, please just ask! Cheers.

Yes that's fine, just pondering on something really.
I'm doing a build at present and have just ordered a TTE420 kit , but i'm also toying with another project as I have a few hybrid parts already.
I have a modified K04 manifold for my A4 B7 platform sitting here , in theory with your kit , I could just use my K04 manifold with the core and compressor side etc from your kit. correct.

Hi Rob. Yes, I would guess that to be the case and cannot see any reason why that wouldn't work provided that the manifold can be taken off cleanly (I'm outside the limits of my mechanical knowledge here!)

Thanks, that's got me thinking now ….:icon thumright:

are you open to an offer.

Hi Rob. I've priced the turbo at what I think is a pretty competitive price given what these things cost new, but that said I would be happy to move a bit on price for you. :thumbs up:

That's fully understandable chap, just that it is a few years old now and 12k miles usage so as such for me it's a used item so kinda unknown quantity really , that said I'm allways up for a challenge , at the right price.

Now sold, thanks for the interest.
