Post Pics Of Your 8V RS3's In Here

@Djl great looking car :icon thumright:
& cheers @X3man :icon thumright:

Yeah floret silver is a very dark deep silver - almost mercury. I was sold on it the first time I saw it on a TTS. As noted it looks amazing with black pack & black alloys .. plus stays looking clean for much longer. I’d defo have this colour again I love it.

Yeah the wheels etc look mint with that colour.

Thought I would introduce myself with a couple of pics of my new Suzuka Grey RS3. Not great pics, but the weather here hasn't been great so this is what I've got. The first one was when I picked it up at the dealer six weeks ago and the second it with the winter wheels/rubber (Alpin PA4s on RSe10 rims in 18x8.5). Love the car so far (coming from a BMW M235i) and just put my first decent highway trip on it heading from Vancouver to Seattle for a Seahawks game.

Congrats love the colour too . Good chance I will be visiting Vancouver Seattle and Portland next July . I bet its a great drive down :icon thumright:

It is a great drive if you spend some time to take more interesting roads. We were heading down Saturday morning for a 1:00 college game and then heading back after the Seahawks game on Sunday night with work on Monday so we stuck to the I-5 heading north and then the 99 on the Canadian side. But, there are some great roads in the Pacific Northwest through Oregon, Washington, and BC. If you do wind up heading up to Vancouver and have the time to drive further, the Sea to Sky to Squamish, Whistler, and Pemberton is a great one.

Thanks I will keep it in mind . We did the part of the pacific coast highway in July and really enjoyed it .

Painted the Yamaha Nardo Gray to match the RS3 :)

Dropped one of the kids somewhere tonight and thought it was looking a bit tough. Just fitted a Horsch splitter and really pleased with it. I won't divulge how much I paid for it, but it certainly wasn't anything like full price! Just ordered some 10mm spacers and once they're on, I think I'll leave it alone!

Those wheels are very nice! Would love those in a darker grey for mine.

As promised... PFL Floret Silver Sportback with pretty much every option ticked. Always hated silver cars and said I'd never get one. Saw this one and changed my mind instantly!

Just been scrolling through all the pics again. This is probably the nicest RS3 I've seen. So smart!

Im thinking the same! All of them pictures - particularly the second to last pic (The side shot) Have made me decide on hunting a Floret Silver when i buy an RS! Just fits the car and its lines perfectly - I think it makes the car look more aggressive and wide on the front which i love! And the Silver / Black pack / Pan roof Combo goes so so well.

If I could go back a year I think I'd do the same. Don't see many about in that colour either, which is always a good thing. There's one identical to mine near where I live :(

That would bug me a little when I see it out and about however I imagine it could look cool if you were side by side! I would also take it in the way that you both have similar great taste to have bought an rs3 in the same colour :icon thumright:

Yeah it does. I'd never seen the car before I got mine. Then all of a sudden it appeared. I even had a friend when I took my child to his child's party say "I've just seen you drive past once".. no, that was the other one :(

Look ace under their lights don't they? I was at Blackburn Audi a couple of weeks ago and they had a Nardo rs7, black RS4, green rsq3 and the light blue ttrs. I could sit in there all day.

Very nice!

Is it fitted with 3M tape or any drilling required?

Are you happy with the quality/fit?

that was just slotted on, it’s getting fitted with adhesive on Thursday. Heard some have just used 3M tape, both will suffice. Will take few more pics. Does look mega

Very nice and loving the Automotive chin spoiler, did it just fix on with 3M tape, decent quality to match the gloss black trim?

Looks mega mate!!!!!!!! The quality is superb and looks so OEM and the match is spot on with the black pack. None of this cheap Maxton rubbish. Place in Glasgow fitted it for me, Glasgow Smart Repair Centre, with adhesive on Thu there. Can’t stop looking at the car ha

Do you know that adhesive is best to use? Love the look of that but not sure I’d be happy with fitting it with just tape in case it came off

Brutally honest no idea mate. Must be something stronger than 3M tape I’d gather. Some sort of silicone perhaps. Maybe best to ask Automotive Passion what they recommend

With alot More spare time on my hands recently i thought i would give my new RS3 a good clean

Ive had it about 3 weeks now, absolutely love it! The noise is out of this world.
I decided to give my workhorse a clean aswell. Golf R estate. Both great cars and i read alot of members have moved up from the Golf R to the Rs3 and read alot of members comparisons. In my opinion the Rs3 is worlds apart from the R. Both great cars but the Rs3 is next level in terms of noise, build quality and mine feels alot quicker than the R. Much more than i expected.
