RSQ3 New RSQ3 owner

Hi guys!
I’ve been saying to my wife for about two years now “when I turn 30, I’m buying a new car”

well today, I turned 30! And stayed good to my word!

I was actually looking for a used rs6, but the moment I saw the RSQ3, it was love at first sight!

I’m having it held back till March 1st so it’ll be on a 20 plate. I’ll be getting the front windows smoked and entire PPF as soon as possible.

Such a difference from my current s3 and boy am I glad to be getting rid of it!

I can have it this week if I want a 69 plate! But for future values it makes total sense to wait until March! But it can not come soon enough!

Looks amazing! Big fan of 'in your face' colours on 'in your face' cars! Saying that i've just picked up a black SQ5, so relatively boring in comparison!

Been looking at these since i got rid of my s3, waiting till the rs3 is out till I make a decision next year. Ref waiting for the new plate, i did the same for my s3, made absolutely zero difference to its second hand value but i get why you’d want to wait regardless.. plus i love the hulk colours, looks so much better in the metal..

Agreed. A 2020 car registered in February is no different to one registered in March unless you're really averse to having a 69. Later on when the MY21 changes have happened is when a used buyer might pay a bit more...

Those launch model RSQ3s have a weird spec that you cant actually factory order - i.e. black pack and no pano roof. There are loads on Autotrader.

Yeh I noticed the one in the Cheltenham showroom had a normal sunroof and not a panoranmic as per the configuator

Loads of of the reviews show Alcantara steering wheel and other coverings - which cannot be specified in the configuator either
