Just thought I would share my experience at R -Tech today with you all.

Got there for 8 in the morning after a 5 o clock start, finally got my car inside at 8:50, didn't mind waiting spent most of the day playing pacman anyway, had the inlet manifold walnut blasted and the injectors refurbed, I had a misfire on cylinder 3 due to over fuelling from the injector pumping 2ml more than the others in the ASNU tester, after a 30-40 minute ultrasonic clean they were all sitting at 69ml.
Once it got onto the dyno I was a bit nervous after seeing the previous car being tuned on it. I have never had a car tuned before so I had my worries come into play, after a couple pulls on the dyno and an hour and a half tuning Niki took it out for a road test and it posted some good figures from what I was expecting .

Overall had a great experience down there today and got 23,000 on pac man !!

I will update with a dyno graph shortly having trouble getting the file size down but will post figures below.

Mods:
Ramair CAI
Helix organic clutch and LUK flywheel.

Stock Run:
Power: 278.7BHP
Torque: 271FT-LB

Stage 1:
Power: 330BHP
Torque:339FT-LB

You have some good figures there. I bet you had an exciting drive home!

I have had a fair number of jobs done there including 2 cars remapped, 2 sets of injectors cleaned and last month they realigned the Milltek on my Mk 4 1.8T after the original fitting garage made a mess twice. A top place to go as it is always so interesting to see what is going on with all the various jobs. Often other customers to chat to as well so you can see how their cars have been modified.

Yeah had a very interesting drive home, when people say it transforms the car they aren't lying theres just so much torque from what I'm used to but can see myself going to stage 2+ at some point in the future.

Really nice staff and you're right they do a fantastic job and are always willing to help out !

Nice dude. I'm interested to know how much they charge for the walnut blast? The previous owner of my car had all the work carried out there so I'm looking to take it back in the near future and get them to have a good look over it to make sure everything's tip top.

Little concerned about the build up in my inlet manifold so that may be something I'd look into sooner rather than later if it's not to expensive. I'm ****** miles away in Brighton so my drive will also be extremely long but looking forward to it.

I'm not too sure the price of just the inlet clean would be worth giving them a call, they are very helpful over the phone and should be able to sort you a price

Congrats on the Rtech stage 1, you have better figures than mine so it must be very impressive over the stock map.
