A3 1.6 TDI 2010 starting issue

Hello,
*** Service indicator wasn't reset by garage***
My sisters car has just starting having issues after 3 years. It's got 103k miles.

Been serviced regularly with a new AGM battery (£300!!) 6 months ago.

Here is a video of the problem. Idle remains high. Sometimes needs revs to start from cold overnight.



No lights on dash.

When key turns it takes a few seconds for the car to actually try and start.

Any help is appreciated.

Seems fairly normal starting to me & do the revs drop down after a while or a restart?

Started great.

Maybe glowplugs aren't optimal, but that seemed fine.
