Oh dear

That’s not very reassuring.
I would have asked them to allow me to see underneath the car while they were checking it.

What’s even more annoying is when I’ve got back home I’ve decided to give the car a wash because it had salt all over it & I’ve came across a big mark where one of the alloys has been curbed. I only picked the car up last Wednesday & I know for a fact is wasn’t curbed then. It also can’t of been me or my partner because the car has been parked up since last Thursday while we where on holiday.

My only thinking is I haven’t spotted it on collection or the tech has done it today pulling it onto the ramps

Proving it was them is pretty much impossible isn’t it which is ******* me right off, don’t have a leg to stand on really.

Absolute chancers aren’t they.

It’s got to go back to a dealer for the top mounts replacing as it knocks.

Its an 18 plate car with 35K on, I wonder if it will come back with any other ‘faults’ after they’ve been replaced.

The Audi assist bloke couldn’t believe they gave it back to me like that, then again he’s gotta look concerned hasn’t he.

35k in 18 months that's some going :icon thumright:
