I took the 2018 Audi SQ5 3.0TFSI 354Hp in for a stage 1 custom calibration. This being one of the very first SQ5's to be tuned supporting one of the latest Bosch MG1 ECU’s. Once they finished tuning the TFSi they managed to gain in excess of 106Nm and 45Hp over the stock power run (the car was producing more bhp then manufactured specs). The Audi now producing 413Hp totally transforming the overall throttle response and mid-range delivery.

I am so pleased with this tune and has also improved the mpg (slightly).

413.2hp/613.1nm
+45.0Hp/106.8Nm

✔Custom Rolling Road Setup
✔Obd2 Loaded Software
✔Speed limiter Removed
✔Synchronised Dyno Verification

Nice one @Geordie Lee, sounds like you have one heck of a beast there now. Those kind of gains must be pretty noticeable

I'm wanting a ''bit more'' performance from my 2018 SQ5. Was thinking of going down the ABT route but the cost is mental !!!!!. How much extra was the insurance & who are you using please? & are you worried about future warranty claims with Audi now it's modified?.

Very noticeable in acceleration and overtaking. Really pleased with it..just shows how much tolerance there is within these engines

yes I looked at ABT but it was £3k for 425bhp and 550nm..it cost me £450 (for better results) as it was nearly 6 hours on the Dyno to get this correct and fully customised. The insurance through direct line was an extra £22 (I think the excess was increased as well).

not worried about warrenty as I used Durham Remaps ( I have done nearly 6 months of research into which company to use). I have had the car from new and no issues so far

Insurance increase is not bad at all, didn't realise Direct line would take modified cars, will give them a look, thanks.

Most companies will, up to 10-15% power increase. Advised insurance in last car (Q5) and added about £25 one off and no excess increase
