S3 diffuser

I got my s3 diffuser today however there is a trim peace round the top of the diffuser that covers holes etc. I’m not sure where to find this or what is is called also when looking for a diffuser it seemed they where always taken off, I was hoping someone could give me some more information on this and maybe somewhere I can get one.

looks like trim part for rear diffuse number 8V5 807 521 AA

is

8V5 853 053 2ZZ for chrome
8V5 853 053 RN4 for dark chrome high gloss.

Harry, I posted all the part numbers in another thread of yous. Here are they again with the links:

Left: 8V3853505
Right: 8V3853506
Center: 8V3853079

The part named "Crome" means aluminium/silver look.
The part named "Dark chrome" means black for a BE car.

Your numbers are for a saloon, the OP has a sportback.

Thankyou for the help I have had a look and the part is around £400 from Audi so instead I have orderd another diffuser this time a complete one new it was £107 but will take up to 2 weeks to get to me just hoping it’s a good replica

I hope you chose the right one for your sportback because the image at your link shows a saloon.
