Has anybody replaced their rubber pedal caps with stainless steel ones?

Read a few people who've done it in the US previously. Yes unofficial but don't fancy paying £100 for something I stick my feet on, and people on the US forum say that the knock-offs are as good.

This link incase the above doesn't work for people (they all send me to the Amazon homepage!) https://tinyurl.com/y3ne9crd

However anybody done it on their UK A4s?

To me they are a must have but all my GTI, S, RS models have them as standard. I would say they are worth changing too.

I had knock offs on my FR from aliexpress and you could not tell the difference.

The pedals you linked will fit but the foot rest will not as it’s for LHD cars. You’ll struggle to find a RHD knock off footrest

Found a number - but they're all pretty expensive. Decided to order the pedals from AliExpress and can always get the foot rest seperately if I decide to.

Thanks for your help!

Anybody who has changed these, did the brake pedal have a hole in the middle for a clip to go in or not?
I'm trying to work out if the knock off pedals are wrong or if they've changed the design of the pedals in later models.

I'm pretty sure that the pedal caps advertised are for the B8 and not the B9. I'm not 100% sure if any of the B9 manual ones on AliExpress and similar are going to fit, I've found some official ones not badly priced, which I'm 99% sure will fit. But not sure I can warrant the cost (additional £50 over what I originally paid)
