I changed my rims recently and am selling the original 17's that came on the Ultra Sport. A buyer is asking if they'd fit on his 2005 A4. Had a Google but couldn't find a definitive answer. Anyone understand how this works?

You need to check a few things first is the obvious that the wheel will physically fit over the disk and brake calliper, next is the offset of the wheel (marked as ET42 etc) then it’s the stud pattern. If it came off an A4 then it should fit but check first. Last thing to be aware of is the size of the wheel tyre, if to big or the wrong offset then it could be an MOT issue.

I have winter wheels from my old B8 A4 and got my local Audi dealer to check that the stud pattern etc was the same as my B9.

Cheers DP24v, asked him to find the wheel offset and stuff pattern and take it from there :)
