As the title how easy is it to retro fit the matt aluminium styling pack to a FL RS3

Has anyone got exploded bumper layouts for the FL showing the part numbers or can anyone let me have the Matt aluminium insert part numbers

I can find the part numbers for a PFL but not FL

Would the bumpers have to be removed to swap the inserts?

Costs involved?

I can get you exploded views tomorrow morning.......and part numbers

The front bumper has to come off to swap the grill over, the bottom 'blade' is in 3 parts (middle piece, L/H & R/H outer Blade pieces) the bottom piece of the bumper is screwed/clipped and needs to be separated to access/swap over parts.

The Rear exhaust surrounds are clipped into the diffuser.

Cost wise from memory the 2 blades are £120 each the straight piece that runs across under the grill is £100

The Grill is £900 +

Rear exhaust trims are around £130 each

Not if its ali already.

Sorry just to clarify then if I swap the blades and rear diffuser parts leaving the standard grill in place I will have the Matt aluminium styling pack?

Audi (robbing s...s, but lovable rogues) want £800 for this but a rough estimate for the bumper/diffuser parts is coming in at £600?

Pretty much as you’ll already have the ali window trim if you have the ali grill surround.

So yes change the 3 pieces on the front bumper and the 3 pieces on the rear and your pretty much there.

Not cheap but doable.

What about just wrapping the blades and bumper? I am sure that would be less assuming they have a Matt aluminum wrap.

Considered this as well removing and having them painted. Scared of stone chip damage to wrap, would want them removed for wrapping anyway so edges could be tucked over and no risk of a slipped knife mark

I've been considering this too.
Would be good to see the exploded views T-800 if you could provide as stated would be very helpful.
Might consider only adding the front centre lower alu blade see how it looks without the left and rights....

Looking at the exploded views it's a shame the front blade middle section is not as wide as I'd hoped.
I'd quite like the front blade to be alu but not including the brake air scoops left and right !!

Yes that’s about as good as it gets I think without having a family friend or working for them. I have always found I can get a 5-10% discount on any parts just by asking for the best price.

Think I might be sold on wrapping then. Was looking to buy the grille but £900 is cheapest I’ve found it for from Germany so certainly not cheap to do it with factory parts

Sorry to revive an old thread but did anyone manage to get their parts wrapped to replicate the gloss black or aluminium pack?

Thinking of getting my gloss black bits on the facelift wrapped to replicate the aluminium pack, think it breaks up a dark car nicely

I looked into it, was quoted £450 all in but mines a PFL.

There were pictures though on the company web site I was going to use of another guys FL that had been wrapped by them. Looked really good
