@Leevr yes. The club ticket sales stop a few weeks before the show to allow them to organise all the club stands layout. When you arrive just ask to be directed to Audi-sport.net. Enjoy

@Sandra I sent an email to Castle Combe and they replied saying I can’t buy a ticket on the gate and be on stand? They said I can park in a dedicated German area on site or the public car park and that’s it.

Was pretty gutted when they came back with that, I still won’t know if I can go till Monday... will require a few shift swaps but I’m determined. x

Have managed to get the day off of work

So I’m thinking of a convoy for us all, only a short distance out from the track and on a route most of us will have to travel on anyway. Would be cool to travel in together and perhaps easier to organise the parking on the stand, rather than people arriving at random intervals.

Open to feedback on this if anybody has any.



Meeting Point:
Morrison’s Supermarket
Cepen Park North
Chippenham
SN14 6UZ


Timings:
- Gather from 07:55 onwards
- Leave the car park at 08:10

Which after a nice steady 10 minute drive up to Combe will get us there at a comfortable time to park up, get organised ready for public admission to begin at 09:00. Conscious of queues getting into Combe hence planning to get to the track at 08:20, I think this will be a big show for Combe with such a vast audience.




Below is a screenshot of Morrison’s car park and outlined is the area I PLAN to park in, however I am assuming we won’t be the only ones there as this is in a prime location. Just look out for my blue RS3 on the day, if I’m not at that spot it was already taken. I won’t be at the car park any earlier than 07:50, so don’t expect to find me there before that time haha.

It won’t be strict for 13 spaces, it’s to get an approximate sizing for expected cars.

If you have 40 cars you’re going to need a much bigger plot, it’s all an estimation but they certainly don’t count numbers you’ve normally got decent room to spread the cars out.

Castle Combe won’t say anybody can turn up on the day and expect to be on stand, as it could run away with itself.

Good cause? I'll be donating to my permanently shrinking beer stock. I highly recommend the Lagunitas Maximus and am hoping it's in stock!
