Gotta love a spaniel.A springer possesses us called jasper.
He is my besty.
Anyway, a quick question to you all.
How often do your dogs get ear infections?
Jasper gets at least 1 a year.
Easily treated with a dose of ear drops (surolan) .
So frustrating,, as I can only get it from the vets.
£50 a time once he has been booked in grrrrr

Lovely looking spaniel..... they have the most soulful faces....you can almost see what they are thinking

Great looking cocker spaniel you have there. Love his colour. Glad your a springer fan..... Best dogs in the world as far as I am concerned. .. My Dudley is my best mate.
Deff mate, always had springers cracking dogs, loyal clever solid reliable all the good stuff, mines a cracking guard dog too very aware of the family kids etc

Been away for a week by the beach in Lincolnshire
& yes it pished down the whole week
Still we had a great time & found out that Darcy is a good swimmer lol (No pic's didn't have my phone. **** !)

Yep, our cocker has her tabs monthly, have only found one on her so far this season, but do keep coat a bit shorter which helps check/find.

Not found any on Jasper yet....
However it's only a matter of time.
Spaniels are prone as there always into everything.
Buy a tick tool, do it yourself (£3 eBay)
Do not bother with vets (£30 minimum)
And remember, these things can carry Lyme's disease.
Absolutely terrible in humans.

Yep, tick bit fever can be bad as is lymes

Marley at about 7 months old in the 1st photo, 2nd photo at about 10mths, will be 1yrs old at the end of July, best thing I've ever done getting him!
