The ‘Pay-It-Forwards’ Detailing Products Thread

@Tashfeen.
If you don't mind I'll gladly take the R222. It's a product ive looked at a few times and quite keen to try out .

I'll post this evening with another product to pay forward

Hey buddy - just reached home, put the kids to bed and thought that as promised I'll send you pictures of the wax.

It might not look a lot but trust me, tis barely used and is almost full pot. It has its an applicator pad, which came with it. I don't recall using it, it is there in case you want to use it. Will drop you a line as soon as I've posted it tomorrow.

Took my simple Essex brain a few reads of the rules to get around this concept:tearsofjoy: but what a great thing that is going on here. Absolutely fantastic idea to give something back to the cause

Hey buddy. Posted just now while I was out to take cuppa for myself and colleagues - proof of postage below

Also, I have always applied waxes by hand and never used a DA. I know @jassy06 has and he says it is a lot easier.

R222 is very easy to apply and the cure time is quick as well. On the occasions I have applied it, I did the whole car starting from one end and buffed immediately after. Very easy and no elbow grease required.

Pretty sure @jassyo06 has used a knife to “spread” wax onto pad...something like a hex logic white one

Small world isn't. It is some 20 mins walk and 5 mins drive from my work place, and I always take the easiest and the quickest mode of transportation. . Kidlington is a nice place to live especially The Moors. House prices are slightly extortionate but worth it imo.

Ok all, another lot for PIF:

I bought these for my aborted Q5 brake caliper painting project:

S-Line Badges:

Audi Rings:

They are both supposed to be heat resistant and the rings are from brakecaliperdecals.co.uk

Happy for these to go as a lot or two separate PIF’s

Ready, steady......GO

If nobody wants this I’d be happy to take the bundle(as I only need the dressing). I’d be happy to split it and post on what’s not needed.
