If it is sd card based sat nav you'll need to contact Audi CS to get the licence renewed. If it is MMI Plus then all you need to do is set your account up for the connect services. You will need to do this for sd based sat nav too...

It is sd based I believe. Will pop out and double check in 10 mins or so
I have a my Audi account is this the same or something different?
Congrats on the car swap and here's hoping this one is stress free for you. I saw you were looking at rejecting after getting the DPF issue. Did the dealership put up any resistance to the changeover or were they good about it all? Hopefully they double checked the tyres this time.
On the maps front, if you have an Android phone, just plug that in to the usb and use google maps that way or apple maps if with iPhone. You'll get the traffic updates and rerouting and get to experience the google maps magical mystery tours of the British countryside.
At first the manager tried the you have to give us a chance to fix it first but once I confirmed ( via citizens advice ) that I don’t in the first 30 days he made no attempt to try stop me
The light come on for the dpf again yesterday and a Audi tech looked at it while I was test driving the new one and he said a new dpf required.
Also the suspension was sitting slightly lower driver side. Someone on here said there’s was and that they had it into Audi and they couldn’t find anything. On the new one there both the same so it as far as I can say it doesn’t sound normal.
Heated wing mirror needed replacing.
On Wednesday I took it through a car wash as it was minging ( I know I know, I didn’t have time to wash it my self ) and after the car wash there was water slooshing around the tailgate when opening and shutting. Had to take out the plastic things on the bottom side of the tail gate to drain the water out.
There was a couple of other issues like gearbox didn’t like going into 1st and 2nd going down the gears. They didn’t look into this as it would have to be in for a couple of days
Over all the new car is much much smoother. Happy with the result and can’t fault the 2 sales guys I’ve delt with. They’ve been fantastic, then again even the manager was spot on when I went up to see him after he said I was right and that he wanted to see me to look through there stock so if anyone in and around Newcastle need a new Audi I’d recommend popping into them
