Extreme Parking

Was parked in my favourite spot at my local Asda this morning(double width space furthest away from the shop) and came back to find a fellow Audi driver parked next to me. :)
There was loads of spaces available so he obviously has the same mindset as me. :innocent:
I noticed he had a dashcam the same model as mine mounted in exactly the same place, and also had a personal reg.
Wonder if its anybody on these forums? :)

By the looks of it that’s the Kirkcaldy ASDA petrol station open there now?

Yep been open for a few weeks now.
Despite rumours to the contrary the forecourt hasn't particularly changed, but there is now a separate access road into it without having to drive through the main car park. :)

Not sure why this space was about foot wider than the others. Still a good spot to park.

Was wondering why that looked familiar. Fellow fifers :icon thumright:
That’ll save going over the severe speed bumps too then.
I’m not a Fifer, but used to work there. Was a convenient station to stop at in the mornings.

Keep an eye out for me. Will be around Kirkcaldy later. It will be the shiniest ara blue in the country:wink:
Spent a day giving it a good scrub yesterday.

Not so much extreme as just lucky in Tesco this morning. My favourite spot and some shade to boot. I always check out this space because oddly it is often empty even when the place is busy, perhaps people think it is part of the access to the crossing.
NB My Audi is the A3.

Parking sensors on point I take it :D

Haha the length and space either side made it a pretty easy manoeuvre. Access to and from the car park was much more challenging however

Nice little spot at the local Lidl. Parked slightly front of centre to mimimise bird-bomb potential from flying rats perched in the tree

Pulling into the car park I gave way to a Focus RS (in Nitrous Blue - lovely paint) on the other side of the road that was holding up traffic behind him. Made no odds to me, I didn't even have to slow down, just gave him a flash of the headlights as I approached the turn in. Was the courteous thing to do. He drove past this space, then the previous occupant pulled away leaving it free for me. #ParkingKarma

The RS pilot came up to me after we got out of our cars and said thanks, as he'd been sitting there for a couple of minutes waiting for the opportunity to turn in. We had a quick chat/compared notes about our cars and as we parted he said "You've changed my opinion of Audi drivers mate, Nice one".

That RS was a very nice motor - bit too sharp and focussed (no pun intended) for me as a daily driver - but a serious bit of kit.

Those Focus RS stand out for sure in blue. Nice looking bit of kit! Interior isn't really for me.

Nice away spot at a busy park & ride.

Surprised how many audi edge huggers I see doing this.

S3 Parking
D'you know what - its such a relief to look (& laugh) through these and realise its not just me !!!

I've recently abandoned the station car park since getting my first Audi (parking just went up to £7 a day) and now use "JustPark" to park on people's drive - this is my current preferred drive - have never met the property owner (who has a Q5!)

Fellow JustPark'er here. My office is in the centre of Cambridge and parking is extortionate. £5 a day as well and get my own private driveway. Works a charm
