Missing Services on Digital book

Hi all, looking for some help

I recently went to my local Audi garage and finally got them to put me as the registered keeper for my A7, had to complain to a manager as they said I had to take it back to hull Audi, where the car was first purchased from, I’m in west London. Told him this does not make sense, I’m not going to drive to Hull, so he finally done it, took him 30 seconds.
So I could get access to my digital service book online (in the Audi connect app). And I’m missing the last service. As in it’s not showing up on my app. I know it been done because it’s showing on the main Audi database but not on mine. Called up Audi costumer services, they passed me to some service check guy who then said I need to speak to Hull Audi, because it’s missing from them. So called them up, spoke with a really helpful lady who’s checked why they are missing. But it seems she is just running around in the same circle as me.
Anyone had this issue?

On your myAudi app if you can see

Enable additional vehicle information

Then go back to the dealer/partner and ask them enable you on the My Audi Go system. This will give you full access to all your records. You can also contact Audi Digital on 0800 2792884 they are 24/7 and may be able to help

Apparently they updated their Audi service system, but not the system on the myAudi app. The lady I spoke to did not know why they were missing either. But in the end after 2 weeks of research, she told me that they had to send off copies of the services to a data centre. So just waiting for them to update the info now.
